Yew pyramid topiary prefers well-drained soil and is remarkably tolerant of both sun and shade. During establishment, regular watering helps it settle comfortably into its surroundings. Ongoing care is surprisingly straightforward: trim once or twice a year to maintain the taper and encourage dense, even growth from base to tip.
